A house with history

Listed in Valldemossa’s heritage catalogue as Sínia de Son Moragues, Sa Sinia is a historic Mallorcan finca dating from the 18th century. After standing empty for around fifteen years, the house was carefully restored, preserving much of its original character.

The project continues today, with solar energy, more thoughtful water use and the gradual regeneration of the surrounding land.

“Waking up to the gorgeous surrounding mountains and sleeping to a sky full of stars was a dream.”
