The finca

A finca to enjoy together

Sa Sinia is a private finca for up to 12 guests, with six bedrooms, several living rooms and two small kitchens in the main house. The library offers a quiet place to read or work. In a separate building beside the garden, the studio has a large kitchen and dining room where everyone naturally comes together. Guests have exclusive use of the entire finca, including its terraces, gardens and safareig.

The studio kitchen

In a separate building beside the garden, the studio brings together a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. It is where everyone tends to gather for leisurely breakfasts, shared meals and long evenings around the table.

The kitchen opens onto a porch with a barbecue and outdoor dining table, making it easy to move between the house and the garden.

The main house has several sitting rooms and quieter corners for reading, talking or relaxing. The library also provides a comfortable workspace, with a desk, good lighting and fast Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Gardens, terraces & the safareig

The gardens and terraces at Sa Sinia offer different places to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day: in the shade of the lledoner, on the porch looking out to the mountains, or in the sun in the courtyard by the well.

The historic safareig

Between the main house and the garden studio is Sa Sinia’s historic safareig, a traditional Mallorcan water reservoir restored and adapted for swimming. Guests can swim, bathe and play in the water while enjoying this distinctive part of the finca’s history.
