2. What data we process and why
- Contact form: name, email, dates, number of guests and message, in order to answer your enquiry.
- Bookings: the data needed to manage your stay and to comply with the legal obligations on guest registration.
- Newsletter: your email address, to send you news about the finca.
3. Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (contact form and newsletter), to perform the rental contract (bookings) and to comply with legal obligations (guest registration and invoicing).
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or stay and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf, such as the booking platform (AvaiBook) the website hosting and contact form service (Netlify) and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), which may involve international transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to direccion@moreyinmobiliaria.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
